Remote Service

NOA allows access to a remote device via a secure connection e.g. to perform remote service.

Create a setup as outlined in the NOA Connect Guide

Then follow these steps to perform remote service:

  1. Open the "NOA Connect" Windows client
  2. Select the tenant where the device is registered
  3. Select the device itself
  4. Click "Connect"

As soon as the remote access is established the device becomes available via a secure connection. The client shows its IP address as "Device IP".
